Dear friends ! Blog PI. Today navigeremo in a topic that will be very interesting! Lifestyles, schools of thought, choices or changes of direction ... but not for the fact that people can, should choose a creed or a philosophy in making a decision for the redemption of his being, the important thing is to feel good themselves. Whatever the choice-and in this case - to be or not to be a vegetarian in this area will enable you to feel at ease.In this debate the cuisine of Puglia, for me, one of the regions that has an extensive menu and a wide range of products, allows you to testify and say that gives vegetarians a poutpurri of endless dishes, an extensive menu and a range of products allow to eat, sharing all schools of thought in peace and harmony.
At the table you can eat easily even with the worst enemy ..as said Mr. W. Churchill ....
Quando ci sediamo a tavola in una osteria , trattoria , ristorante e o a casa di un Pugliese vero , ..rigorosamente nel suo bagaglio culturale culinario ( il Pugliese ha un senso di ospitalità meraviglioso ) quando vi siederete a tavola , comincerà da quel momento una danza di piatti infiniti con una varietà di prodotti locali . Vi sembrerà di stare a tavola con il Re- e noi i suoi ospiti di banchetto- : burrate ,mozzarelle , ricotte , scamorze , polpette di pane e melanzane , zucchine alla diavola , parmigiana di verdure , carciofi , cime di rape , fave e cicorie e chi più ne ha più ne metta ..e in una sinfonia Vivaldiana crescente, vivace ..fino ad estasiarci ….e tutto questo accompagnato da un buon Primitivo ….
